What are surveys?

What are focus groups and panels?
Focus groups and panels are a more in-depth discussion about the product or service being evaluated. They generally consist of a group of people that are brought together with a moderator or organizer to share their opinions about a specific product or service. Focus group and panel can be held on-line through chat rooms or off-line over the telephone or at a variety of locations. These generally last for 60 to 90 minutes and pay higher than surveys.

How much will I be paid for participating in online surveys and focus groups?
Every research company has different ways of compensating its participants. Some will pay you $1 to $25 for survey and up to $100 for focus group.
