Downline/Referral Builder Rule

1. Downline/Referral programs must have free-to-join option with earning potential for free members. Programs that are NOT allowed include adult, pornography, illegal, bubbles, HYIP, randomizers, pay-for-position matrix schemes, and investment opportunities.

2. No Duplicates topic/thread are allowed.

3. The title of the thread must only contain the name of the program as shown in the website title, no comments, no hype

4. Referral link must be posted in the body of the text. Referral link in the signature is not allowed

5. You are allowed to start 2 new threads in a 24 hr period so that everyone get a chance to start new downline/referral thread.

6. Thread bumping is not allowed. If you want you may edit you post insted of posting a reply
